NRG Radio ("the app") lets you stream NRG Radio Albania live over the internet, browse recently-played tracks, and optionally receive a notification when a favorite song starts playing ("Song Alerts"). This policy explains what information the app collects, why, the legal basis for that processing, and the rights you have over it.
Loudcom Media shpk ("we," "us"), based in Albania, is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us using the contact details above or at the bottom of this page.
The app is built to work with as little personal data as possible. It does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, microphone, camera, or your device's location.
Where GDPR or a similar law applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases:
Information collected is used only to operate the app: streaming audio to your device, and delivering Song Alert notifications if you've opted in. We do not use it for advertising or marketing, we do not build advertising profiles from it, and we do not sell personal data.
Song Alerts are delivered using OneSignal, a push notification service. OneSignal processes your device's push token in order to deliver notifications; it does not receive your name, email, or listening history from us. OneSignal is a US-based provider, so this involves a transfer of your device token outside the country you're in; OneSignal maintains its own safeguards for this, described in its privacy policy linked above.
We do not use any advertising SDKs, analytics-for-advertising SDKs, or location-tracking SDKs in this app. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Push tokens are retained only for as long as Song Alerts remain enabled on your device. Uninstalling the app, or turning off notifications for the app in your device settings, stops further use of that token. To ask us to delete any data associated with your device, contact us at the email above.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent (for Song Alerts, at any time). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email above. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; in Albania, this is the Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
NRG Radio is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
